Crazy, Busy, Weekend!
This past weekend was crazy busy. We were on the go literally all weekend, so the past 2 days Jolee and I have really taken it easy (or have been lazy, whatever you want to call it) we have both stayed in our PJ's all day, till it was time to take a bath and put on a new pair a night, we have played inside (due to the down pour of rain we have had), read lots of books, and my favorite has been piling up in the recliner together watching TV and eating snacks. So with that said, let me tell you what we were re cooperating from, but before I go on, we would not have had it or wanted it any other way, this weekend!

At our church this weekend we hosted the North Florida Fellowship Meeting, it started on Friday morning, and ended on Sunday, having morning, afternoon, and night services, and after reading that you are all probably thinking what? That's alot of church, but it was a great and a wonderful meeting, with beautiful singing, and lots of able ministers who were very blessed in their preaching this weekend. It was great seeing the church packed literally all weekend. We are so blessed to be part of this wonderful church family. Even though it was a bit hard trying to keep Jolee quiet for basically 3 days of church, she was good for the most part, but I deeply appreciated all the words of encouragement from other moms, and all the help with her this past weekend. On Sunday after church we were kinda sad that the meeting was over, we were exhausted but it is a good exhausted, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time with our church family.

In the midst of the church meeting, we had company for the weekend at our house, that had driven down from Alabama, for the Bama/FSU game. We had such a great time! We all cooked out on Friday night and stayed up late every night trying to get our visiting in. My Uncle Philip, Uncle Gary, his son Auston, Grandad, and Silas's best friend from middle school/high school Ben and his wife Angela were all here. We had a full house, we had people everywhere, and it was great. We love having company and are so glad that they all came and stayed with us, I just wished we had gotten to hang out and visit more with them. Some of them had not seen Jolee since May at her Birthday Party, so she had a blast playing with everyone.

To end the weekend on Sunday night we went with a family from church, to a Japanese Restaurant (where they cook in front of you). After the shock of the fire that started the grill, Jolee absolutely loved it, she did not take her eyes off of the cook the whole time. It might be my new favorite place to eat, due to the fact she sat in my lap and did not move the whole meal, I ate and even got to have conversations because she was mesmerized with watching him do tricks and cook our food. I will say that I did not know that my husband was so talented.... he caught food in his mouth that the cook was flipping to him. And I had the best steak ever there, it was soooooo good!

We had such a wonderful and blessed weekend, and it was so busy that I barely took any pictures but here are just a few that I did take.

Uncle Philip was bouncing Jolee up and down off of his air mattress, and she was loving it!

Jolee really took to Angela. Poor Angela ended up reading lots of books, and Jolee drug out every Elmo that we own to show her.

Uncle Gary playing with Jolee outside on her slide!

After the weekend was over, this is how we found her sleeping... past out flat on her back.

So sweet! Notice she is sleeping on a pillow, she loves it!
