Quack, Quack!

Yesterday at the Library, can you guess what we talked about it?? Yep, you got it...Ducks, good guess! Jolee had a very special person, surprise her yesterday for story time at the Library...any guesses on who it was??

Her Daddy came and surprised us both! He came to go to story time with her and then helped her make her duck hat for craft time. How sweet was that! It really meant alot to her you could tell. She was shocked to see her Daddy walk around the corner, she hollered....dat my Daddy, Daddy you at my Library?

It not only meant alot to Jolee but to me as well, that he took time out of his busy work day to come by and spend some time with us at one of Jolee's favorite places to be at....the Library! We even got to grab a quick bite for lunch with him!

I do have to tell you a funny from craft time with her and her Daddy. You see the feathers on the top of her, oh so cute duck hat, right? Well Silas said shouldn't we put yellow feathers on it instead of blue and purple? I said technically yes, but she is 2 and this is her craft and she picked out to put blue and purple feathers on her duck hat. We both laughed and went on sticking the the blue and purple feathers on, I think it adds character or something!

She loves it, she wore it around ALL day yesterday and so far has it on today too!
