"O Christmas Tree"
A couple of days before we left for Bama, we put up our Christmas Tree! Yep, we were early birds this year. And since, I had already listened to Christmas Music 2 weeks before that (with Amber on our road trip) it didn't feel weird at all having Christmas music playing through out the house while putting our tree up before Thanksgiving!

We all get special ornaments from Granna every year. This year Jolee got a ballerina with a tutu on, that she adores. I got a Holiday Barbie ornament that goes with my collection, Silas got of course an Alabama ornament, and Sophie got one for the tree as well, with her picture in it! How cute and sweet is that? Thanks Granna, they all look great on our tree!

We had a great time being together, talking about our ornaments and who had given them to us, as we pulled them out one by one. Jolee was very into this year helping and looking at the ornaments and asking...who got dis one?

Daddy using every opportunity he can to get some kisses from his little girl!

Daddy has even decked out the front yard and our house with blue and white Christmas lights. It looks so festive. Jolee loves going outside and looking at them. I plan on getting a picture of that, when the boat has been moved from the driveway, so you can actually see the house and get the full effect (hint, hint, daddy!) Speaking of boat it is for sale! Does anyone out there want to buy it??

Ok, so back to my Christmas tree post, sorry! Last year we started the tradition, that we let Jolee pick out an ornament for our tree (something that she is into) last year it was Dora and Boots. This year she picked out the Princesses...Cinderella, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, and Belle. Thank Goodness they were all in one package, gotta love Walmart or that would have cost me!

If anyone needs Jolee or is looking for her, you will probably more than likely find her in front of the tree staring at it, or in front of the snowman that sings..."let it snow, let it snow, let it snow" which she knows by heart now and sings and dances with it!

Beautiful tree, Tara! We have the same tradition...we get an ornament each year from mom and dad. It make our Christmas tree kinda like a "memory tree."
